About the Author
Owen Anderson is an Associate Professor at Arizona State University. He teaches philosophy and religious studies. His main classes are 'Philosophy of Religion', 'Ethics', 'Religion in America' and 'World Religious Traditions'. He is the author of Reason and Worldviews and The Clarity of God's Existence.

has helped me to better understand how belief about the Natural Moral Law is ...

In recent years, I have become very interested in the Moral Law. My clearest conception of it, before reading this book, had come from C.S. Lewis. Reading this book, which reveals the thinking of most philosophers who have ever weighed in on the subject, has helped me to better understand how belief about the Natural Moral Law is modified by conceptions of God and of knowledge, and that whether we strive to attain the “goods” of this life, or the “highest good,” the summum bonum, is the most important determination we can make.

Very interesting topics covered in this book. I didn't read it by choice, Owen Anderson was my professor at ASU and it was required, but I actually enjoyed the material!
